oneBudget Authorization Request

Select the appropriate radio button and supply the requested information. The Budget Office will contact you when the authorization is complete, or if they have any questions.

		Option 1 - The named individual needs Write Access to the oneBudget system for the specified Departments.
		Option 2 - The named individual needs Read-Only Access to the oneBudget system for the specified Departments.
		Option 3 - The named individual needs Budget Management Tool Access for the specified Cost Centers.

Enter the name, GT login id and email address of the individual who needs Write Access to oneBudget. Select the department(s) one at a time from the dropdown list, clicking the Add Dept button between each one. Type the name and title of the Authorizing Official in the text box as an electronic signature, and then click Submit Request. Note: This will also give Budget Management Tool Access to the corresponding Cost Centers.

Enter the name, GT login id and email address of the individual who needs Read-Only Access to oneBudget. Select the department(s) one at a time from the dropdown list, clicking the Add Dept button between each one. Type the name and title of the Authorizing Official in the text box as an electronic signature, and then click Submit Request. Note: This will also give Budget Management Tool Access to the corresponding Cost Centers.

Enter the name, GT login id and email address of the individual who needs Budget Management Tool Access. Select the cost center(s) one at a time from the dropdown list, clicking the Add Cost Ctr button between each one. Type the name and title of the Authorizing Official in the text box as an electronic signature, and then click Submit Request.
